A&B Process Systems knows our success is equal parts personal sweat and community support. Our commitment to doing the job right and doing it on time has made A&B Process Systems a renowned business leader. We’re a stable, competent, growing part of our community and the industries we serve. That’s important to our employees, our community and our customers.

 

The future of our next generation is important to us as well. A&B provides students with annual scholarships, trains high school students to be hard workers, and teaches them the ways of corporate citizenry. We have an extensive in-house training program for our welders to help them be the best they can be. We’re a member of the School to Work Program, and many of our current employees and best craftspeople are former participants. We’re proud members of both the Stratford and Marshfield Chambers of Commerce and volunteer time and money for area events.

 

Stratford and A&B have grown together, each providing the other with a depth of resources and support that have enriched the community. In 2006, A&B expanded its large scale equipment plant and added a state-of-the art Factory Acceptance Testing Center. In 2007, work was begun on the construction of new ASME certified manufacturing facility unique in the industry - it was designed for and by our customers.

We think it’s important to take an active role in the industries we service as well – to integrate the latest technologies, research the latest solutions and contribute to the dialogue of green responsibility. We are active members of the Food Processors and Suppliers Association, International Dairy Foods Association, Wisconsin Dairy Products Association, Association for Dressings and Sauces, and American Coalition for Ethanol, and many of our engineers and associates are active members of the International Society of Process Engineers.

We instruct our associates on how to be stewards of the environment. Living in North Central Wisconsin, it’s hard not to be green. We believe our success is a mandate for us to serve as an example to the people and businesses of the community. We’re a leading supplier to the ethanol and renewable energy industries, and proud sponsors of the Ethanol IndyCar - Rahal Letterman Racing Team, one hundred percent fuel grade ethanol was used to power its cars, making this the most significant racing fuel change in recent history.
