Installing a process system and then trying to work out any unforeseen issues on site could mean more downtime than necessary and less production for you. At A&B Process Systems, we like to solve problems, not compound them. That’s why we worked with our customers to build the A&B Factory Acceptance Testing Center (FAT). Every system we produce must pass through this state-of-the-art testing facility before we ship it to you or install it at your site.
When you choose A&B Process Systems as your primary process partner, you can be assured the systems you order will be subjected to these types of standard Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) procedures:
- • Operational testing (with water and/or product)
- • Hydrostatic testing
- • Dye penetration testing
- • Passivation testing
- • Radiography testing
- • Custom testing
We also offer these optional FAT Utility Services:
- • Filtered steam supply (120 psi at 3500 pph)
- • DI water
- • Electrical supply
- • City water supply
- • Hot water (city or DI)

- Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) at your facility.
