Pharmaceutical & Bio-tech: Water For Injection, Ultra Purified Water, High Purity Water Systems
Pharmaceutical Water for Injection (WFI)

Your customers want products they can rely on. That means consistent and safe results. You expect the same from your stainless steel process system. At A&B Process Systems, we realize that water is a key element in all aspects of life, including pharmaceuticals, and we respect that.

Our Water for Injection (WFI) systems and Water Purification Units (WPU) meet and exceed all established purity standards every day of the week, every week of the year.

Our WFI and WPU systems are partnered with pretreatment applications and documentation to support validation with efficiency and productivity as a primary focus.

A&B insight is watertight. Because when it comes to safety and purity, every drop counts.

We offer:

  • Compliance - design and fabricate according to precise FDA, cGMP, cGAMP, 3-A and ASME (u and R) guidelines
  • High purity design – eliminate or minimize dead zones, allow for easy drainage and frequent sanitization, minimize number of weld beads, high polished and electropolished stainless steel finishes
  • Pretreatment of feed water – utilized multiple unit operations to
    • Reduce conductivity of water, levels of organic contaminants, suspended solids and colloidal particles
    • Provide reverse osmosis filtration or distillation as final step
  • Consistency – water stored at 80 – 85 degree Celsius and circulated under turbulent flow to maintain uniform temperature
  • Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)- systems are tested in our state-of-the-art FAT Center
  • Documentation – provided to support customer’s validation efforts
A&B Water for Injection insight is watertight — WFI systems that exceed purity standards, and improve efficiency and productivity in your stainless steel processing system. When it comes to stainless steel process system safety and purity, every WFI drop counts.
