Illinois
The process module, Clean In Place System, was fabricated and installed. This system contained a 316L stainless steel, 150 gallon vessel, with the surfaces that contacted the product polished to a #4 finish. A hinged manway was fitted into the top head and the vessel contained a single spray device.

A process module, to be used for electrodialysis, was designed and fabricated to include two 200 gallon, rectangular stainless steel vessels, two 4-port transfer panels, various pumps and heat exchangers and a 30 gallon vessel for rinsing the electrodes. The necessary controls and instrumentation were included to provide an automated system. The equipment was factory tested to meet customer requirements prior to shipment.

Virginia
Several modular valve units and two Clean In Place Systems were provided. The CIP systems required three 800 gallon, stainless steel vessels, fabricated to 3A standards. The systems also contained a 26 gallon vessel, a three-liter vessel, various heat exchangers and filters as specified by the customer. The components were connected with sanitary piping and tubing and assembled onto a tubular frame.

Louisiana
The labor and materials were provided for fabrication of spool piping according to isometric drawings, design and construction specifications from the customer. The piping network was installed to include various valves supplied by the customer. Weld inspections were completed using either x-ray methods or a video boroscope.

Four 500 gallon, vertical vessels, designed to meet the 3A sanitary standards, were fabricated from 316L stainless steel. Each vessel was fitted with a heat transfer jacket, with a scraper agitator and drive assembly supported on a bridge-style mounting. The sidewalls and bottom heads of the vessels were clad with fiberglass insulation.

Indiana
Two 8000 gallon, vertical stainless steel vessels were fabricated and installed. Each vessel was fitted with nozzles to accommodate a Clean In Place System, the addition of chemicals and overflow. Three equally spaced baffles were located inside each vessel and an agitator mounting was provided.
Pharmaceutical and Biotech
Ohio
Several dye totes and perfume totes were fabricated as process modules. The modular units included CIP supply and return headers, with controls and instrumentation for the required automation. Three automated EO carts were also provided. All the equipment was assembled and tested prior to shipping.
Pharmaceutical and Biotech
Wisconsin
Two 2000 gallon, vertical, single shell, 316L stainless steel mixing vessels were fabricated. Each vessel contained two CIP spray devices and was fitted with inlets for the addition of both dry and liquid materials. A scraper blade agitator and drive assembly were mounted on each vessel.
