Fifteen portable, 150 gallon, 316L stainless steel vesselss were designed and fabricated. Each vessel was a vertical vessel, insulated and clad, with a 304 stainless steel heat transfer jacket (with dimpled surfaces) attached to the shell sidewall and bottom head. The design of all fifteen vessels met 3-A sanitary standards (25-03). Nozzles for CIP devices were installed in all of the vessels to accommodate single turbo-disc washers.
