A process module was designed and fabricated to include a jacketed mix vessel, local utility steam, clean steam, cooling water, process air piping, routing valves and the necessary instrumentation. In addition, a 20 gallon, vertical, 316L stainless steel vessel was fabricated with a heat transfer jacket, the vessel designed to operate at an internal pressure of 40 PSIG/FV from -20° to +338°F. The automation/controls package included a Nema 4X stainless steel enclosure to accommodate all electrical, motor control, air and PLC components.
