A process module was designed and fabricated to include a CIP tank, CIP supply pump, a heat exchanger, routing valves and the necessary instrumentation, with a Nema 4X control panel for operator interface. The vessel was a 50 gallon, vertical, single shell, 316L stainless steel vessel and a single CIP spray device was fitted using a 1.5 inch sanitary clamp connection.
