The materials, components and labor were provided for process equipment that was fully assembled and piped onto a 304 stainless steel framework. This modular unit contained a 650 gallon, 304 stainless steel, vertical, single shell vessel, with a heat jacket. The vessel was designed to operate at an internal pressure of 30 psig/Fv from -20° to +250°F. The dimpled heat transfer surface was 14 gauge, 304 stainless steel, which was plug welded as one zone at the bottom head of the vessel. A scraper blade agitator and drive assembly were also installed in the vessel. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) was completed and A&B Process Systems provided the electrical engineering services, design work, schematics and testing prior to shipment of the equipment.
