The design, electrical engineering services, programming requirements, materials, components and labor were provided for the construction of a Deodorant Blend process module. All the components were fully assembled and piped onto a 304 stainless steel tubular frame. The modular system included an LVT vessel, base gel supply pump, gel/bead supply pumps, an eight element static mixer, routing valves and instrumentation. A Nema 4X control panel on the process module provided operator interface. The LVT module was a 30 gallon, 316L stainless steel, vertical vessel, insulated, clad, with a heat transfer jacketattached.
