A modular system containing three vessels and an pasturization unit was designed and fabricated and assembled onto a tubular steel framework, with the necessary interconnecting piping. The system include two insulated, vertical, 500 liter, 316L stainless steel vessels, each with a heat transfer jacket. The vessels were also fitted with CIP spray devices and an agitator. Controls, instrumentation and electrical hardware were provided as part of an automation service.
