A&B Process Systems fabricated two 58 gallon, vertical, 316L stainless steel vessels, each fitted with a heat transfer jacket. The vessels were designed to withstand an internal pressure of 50 psig @ 32° to 104°F and the interior surfaces were polished to a 10 Ra microinch finish. The heat transfer surface was fabricated from 316L stainless steel, with a dimpled surface and it was welded to the sidewall of the shell of each tank.
